Welcome to Megan Travis Photography! My passion in life has always been photography, and I have my grandfather, "Poppy," to thank for creating this passion inside of my heart. Growing up, "Poppy" always had a camera in his hands, caputuring every little moment. I soon became fascinated with turning life's moments into a story. I am a North Carolina native, who grew up on a farm in Julian, NC.
Whether I am photographing a wedding, children playing, or pets, I love to tell a story by capturing excitement, laughter, and warm embraces shared by loved ones. My style is toward the photojournalistic side of photography. I love to capture the day or occasion as it unfolds without guiding, posing, or contriving images. There is nothing more rewarding in life than to capture moments that you and I will cherish forever!
